Anchored Hope Community Branches · Nonprofit
We Strengthen the Soil.
Every person has the potential to grow. Sometimes what people need isn’t a different seed — it’s a healthier environment in which to grow.
We don’t blame the seed. We strengthen the soil.
Who We Are
The nonprofit arm of Anchored Hope
Anchored Hope Community Branches exists to cultivate healthy environments where individuals, families, and communities can grow through prevention, recovery, connection, and hope.
Recovery is bigger than an individual program or service. People grow when the environment around them is strengthened.
Every person has the potential to grow, but growth is affected by the environment around them. Our work focuses on strengthening the environments, relationships, and communities that support prevention, recovery, mental health, and long-term wellness.
Two branches, one root. Anchored Hope provides the counseling, coaching, and court-recognized programs. Community Branches is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that strengthens the community around them — so the people we serve have somewhere healthy to grow.
What We Do
Five ways we strengthen the soil
Each one works on the environment around a person, not just the person.
Recovery & HousingBranches Recovery Housing
A safe, structured environment where individuals can put down roots and build a foundation for sustained recovery.
Prevention & Recovery CoalitionCommunity partners at one table
Our Prevention & Recovery Coalition brings community partners together to identify needs, develop solutions, and strengthen prevention and recovery resources.
Rural Recovery NetworkNo one carries the work alone
The Rural Recovery Network is built from multi-sector partnerships committed to working together to strengthen the community’s response to substance use disorder and mental health.
The network connects partners across sectors so that no single organization has to carry the work alone.
Hosted by the Prevention & Recovery Coalition
Faith & Community Capacity BuildingEquipping churches to respond
We work to build the capacity of churches in the community to respond to substance use disorder and mental health needs — equipping and supporting them to become informed, compassionate, and effective partners in prevention, recovery, and community wellness.
This includes building knowledge, skills, partnerships, and resources so churches can better support individuals and families affected by SUD and mental health needs.
Family & Community SupportBecause recovery impacts more than one person
We work to strengthen the relationships, resources, and environments surrounding individuals and families. If someone you love is struggling, Anchored Hope’s Recovery Partner Coaching Group is there for you too.
Our Approach
From seed to roots to growth to branches
We don’t believe people simply need to be “fixed.” We believe people need opportunities, relationships, support, and healthy environments where growth can take root.
Every person carries the potential to grow.
Safe places and steady relationships to hold on to.
Opportunities, skills, and support that build over time.
People who grow reach out and shelter others.
When we strengthen the soil around people, we create opportunities for individuals, families, and communities to grow.
No single organization can create a healthy recovery environment alone.Recovery takes a community
Recovery Takes a Community
A shared commitment, many hands
That is why we bring together individuals, families, churches, healthcare providers, justice partners, schools, employers, nonprofits, and other community partners around a shared commitment to prevention, recovery, mental health, and healthier communities.
